Love Anuforo is a Language Education Consultant and the Founder of Yesdeutsch Academy, Nigeria’s leading online German language school.  

She has a Bachelor’s degree in German language and literature from Nigeria’s premier university, University Of Ibadan where she had the opportunity to serve as the German Club president. As a student, she co-anchored the 30th Gala of The Nigerian-German Business Association and was an active member of “Der Schmelztiegel” editorial team- a German magazine for students.

With distinction, Love Anuforo completed her language immersion course in BSI Sprachschule Berlin, Germany as well as the Equivalent Year Abroad Programme at the Goethe Institute, Lagos, Nigeria.

She was a co-facilitator in the ”Kreative Prozesse” workshop organized by the German Academic Exchange Service under the supervision of Hanna Schlingmann.

Love’s area of interest is Second Language Acquisition in relation to childhood development. She has a valuable experience of 5 years in teaching German to children and teenagers of all ages. Adults are not left out in her prowess. Love has students in Nigeria, India, Dubai and Germany who have evolved from merely having a functional knowledge of German to becoming conversationally fluent.

Her focused passion on pedagogy for the promotion of language, culture and globalization propelled her to create Project Lingo Africa a platform for language teachers to download and create resources for children.

Love Anuforo desires to see an increase in the quality of language education in Africa, which explains her interest in helping language teachers discover working methodologies that’ll transform language learning.
